Transformation Results of Hongxing Vibrating Screen

Based on the thickness screening principle, the characteristics of the ideal screen surface movement pattern have been given. A new generation of vibrating screen has been designed according to the traditional vibrating screen structure with dual-amplitude different frequency. In the same screening machine, two different vibration parameters can be used, and these two vibration parameters are placed in two separate units on the sieve box. This effectively solves the design difficulties of the traditional double-amplitude and different-frequency vibrating screen. In addition, the novel vibrating screen has the following advantages. The structure is simple with light weight, which is easy for large-scale development. The vibrating screen has advanced vibration parameters and the unit area production capacity is large. It has high productivity.
First, the experts of Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery will analysis the screening characteristics and kinetic parameters of the design. Hongxing Machinery experts use the mechanical system dynamics theory to establish the a more accurate kinetic equation of the unit sieve of this new vibrating screen. The experts use the multi-freedom vibration systems theory to analyze the motion of the vibrating screen and calculate the amplitude, velocity, throwing index and other kinematic parameters at the special points of the screen surface. In addition, Hongxing experts also have carried out the design of the kinetic parameters of the new vibrating screen and given the main technical parameters, such as mass of vibration and the total stiffness of the spring of the vibrating screen.
