In this way, the pellets begin the reduction process after they are heated up to 900 ℃ in the neutral or oxidizing atmosphere. The pellet moves forward and the temperature of the kiln gradually increases. The reducing atmosphere gradually enhances to speed up the restore process. The materials discharged by the rotary are separated by the magnetic separator to produce the magnetic material and the non-magnetic material.
