In the current industrial production of the molybdenum, we mainly use the molybdenite concentrate for smelting and use the oxidizing roasting to extract the pure molybdenum trioxide and restore the molybdenum metal powder. The harmful impurities in the molybdenum concentrate, such as copper, lead, tin, arsenic, phosphorus, calcium, silica, etc., not only affect the quality of the molybdenum products, but also affect the molybdenum smelting technology and equipment, and cause pollution of the environment. Therefore, we should strictly control the beneficiation process to greatly improve the industrial value of the molybdenum deposit.

The crusher equipment serves production to meet the requirements of the production process, reduce labor intensity and improve labor productivity. Crusher equipment has played a huge role for human transformation of nature and the creation of wealth. Therefore, we should improve the crusher equipment to make it more complete and efficient with better and higher performance to provide better service for mankind.
Copper-nickel ore smelting workshop was founded in 1998. The material crushing system processes are the followings. The materials enter the # 1 crusher through the chute feeder. The materials after being crushed are sent into the vibrating screen for separation of the block and powder by the # 1 transport belt conveyor. The powder ore is sent to # 2 conveyor belt by the sub-feeder. The lump ore is sent to the # 2 crusher for secondary crushing by # 3 conveyor belt and then it is sent to the vibrating screen separation of the block and powder by # 1 conveyor belt. The block mine is sent to silo by 4 # conveyor belt. This is a cycle. The process is cumbersome and complex and labor intensity of the employees is large. In addition, the efficiency is very low. Only the continuous crushing for 24 hours can meet production. Once the equipment fails, it will affect the entire production. Due to the production conditions, the loss of the device is also very large and the cost increases correspondingly.
We have done a lot of on-site investigation and finally decide to transform the entire crushing system. Now we will introduce the transformation process. First, we adjust the discharge mouth of the crusher in order to meet the technical requirements and complete crushing operation once. Second, the sieve of the vibrating screen is adjusted. The sieve is narrowed 50% and 2,3,4 belt and 2 # crusher is removed. Under the vibrating screen, we directly make and install two silos to reduce the transport links of the belt.
After a period of time of intense work, we have successfully completed the transformation of the installation work and the production capacity has been improved. The cost of equipment repair and maintenance is reduced greatly. The most significant effect is that the working efficiency is increase by 300%. Due to the reduction of the equipment, the working environment has also been improved so that the workers have higher enthusiasm. Therefore, we should use the view of scientific development to solve the problems in the production.

Tooth Form of Jaw Plate Has Impact on Efficiency


The compound pendulum jaw crusher is one of the most important product in the crushing industry. It has the advantages of simple structure, easy maintenance, high reliability, and large crushing ratio. The speed of development of the jaw crusher is quick. There are products coming out every 5 ~ l0 years, including the improvements from the rack to the jaw plate and various of parts.
The movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate are the direct working face of the jaw crusher for crushing rocks. The crushing force of the machine is imposed on the rock through the two jaw plates to complete the crushing task. Judging from the current situation, the tooth form of the jaw plate is different. The tooth form of the jaw plate has great impact on the production capacity of the jaw crusher.
 Different jaw crushers have different tooth forms of the jaw plates. Now we will talk about the tooth forms of the jaw plates in terms of tooth height, angle of the tooth form, and the number of teeth.  Like other types of machinery, the jaw crusher has its own characteristic parameters, such as noise, unit power consumption, production capacity, product granularity, in which the production capacity is main parameters. Some manufacturers have carried out the trials of the crusher, but they can only do some estimates on the production capacity due to the limits of experimental conditions and means. After the high-level test of Henan Hongxing Mining Machinery for the production capacity of the jaw crusher, we find that the rotational speed of the machine and shape of the crushing chamber have an impact on the production capacity of the machine besides tooth forms of the jaw plates.
No matter what kind of tooth, the final results will cause the bend and shear of the rock. In this experiment, the compressive strength is 80 ~ 120MP. There are two types of tooth forms: triangular teeth and trapezoidal teeth. After the experiment, we can find that  the trapezoidal teeth is more wearable than the triangular teeth. The physical properties of the triangular teeth are better than that of trapezoidal teeth.
