The first is the hydraulic friction clutch, which is used in the simple pendulum jaw crusher with subparagraph start. The hydraulic friction clutch is installed at both ends of the eccentric shaft. When there is overload phenomenon, the overcurrent relay can start the hydraulic pump motor by delaying the relay so that the clutch can be separated. At the same time, you should cut off the main motor to play the insurance role. 
The second is the overload protection arm device. This kind of device mainly depends on the connection between the pulley and the spindle of the crusher through the leaf spring. The torque can be achieved by adjusting the gasket. When overload occurs, the leaf spring and pulley disengage. The pulley idles on the spindle, while the spindle stops rotation. When the overload is removed, the machine can rapidly reset. The device will not damage any parts. It is safe and reliable with high sensitivity.
The third is the hydraulic rod safety device, which connects with a hydraulic cylinder and piston through the connecting rod. The hydraulic cylinder is connected with the upper part of the connecting rod. The piston is connected with the lower part of the connecting rod. When the device works, the hydraulic cylinder is full of the pressure oil. The piston and hydraulic cylinder are regarded as a part of the overall connecting rod. When the load occurs, the increasing tension on the connecting rod makes the oil pressure in the lower oil room increase. When the oil pressure exceeds the predetermined pressure of the high pressure relief valves of the combining valves, the pressure oil will be discharged through the high pressure relief valves. Therefore, the movable jaw will stop swinging.
The forth is the thrust plate. In the design of the components, the thrust plate is designed to the weakest link. When the overload occurs, the thrust plate will be firstly cut to prevent the other parts of the equipment from being damaged.
