The first is the physical properties of the material sieved. The physical properties include the grain composition of the material itself, humidity, mud content and the particle shape. When the fine particles contents of the material are too large, the productivity of the sieve will be large. When the humidity of the materials is large, generally, the screening efficiency will be reduced. If the size of the sieve hole is large, the water effect will be little. Therefore, for the wet materials with large moisture content, you can enlarge the sieve hole to improve the screening process.
The second is the properties and structure parameters of the screen surface. The straight line high frequency vibrating screen makes the particles and the screen surface do vertical movement, so the screening efficiency is high and the production capacity is great.
The third are the production conditions and sieve amplitude. When the load of the sieve is too large, the screening efficiency will be low. Meanwhile, feed uniformity has great significance for the screening process, so the inclination angle of the sieve should be appropriate.
