The rising temperature of the sliding is mainly from large amount of heat generated between the inner grinding body of the milling machine and the sliding. Part of the heat is taken away by the materials and the gas. The other part of the heat sends out through the cylinder. The heat of the cylinder body transfers to the sliding ring so that the temperature of the sliding shoe increases. In addition, the temperature of the environment is also a very important factor affecting the temperature of the sliding shoe.
In the design process, we can take some technological measures to reduce the temperature of the sliding shoe of the ball mill.
First, install the sprinklers in the ball mill can reduce the temperature inside the mill.
Second, lay the insulation materials under the liner of the end of the ball mill. The temperature rising in the mill comes from the guide of the heat in the mill. The temperature of the cement at the end of the mill is the highest, as a result, we should lay a layer of insulation material with impact resistance and high strength to cut off the heat transfer to the milling machine and reduce the temperature rising of the sliding ring.
Third, increase the amount of lubricating oil for the lubrication system and increase the cooling area of the cooler. The lubrication of the bearing of the sliding shoe uses the high and low pressure oil supply. Generally, before the start of the milling machine and after the stop of the milling machine, high pressure system is used for oil supply. After the machine is in normal operation, low pressure system is used for the oil supply. The low pressure system piping can be designed to three ways.
